TBSC Internship Programme – Launched in 2025

At The Ballet School of Colombo, we believe that dance creates more than performers. It creates leaders, thinkers, collaborators, and change makers. With this vision, we launched the Young Arts Leadership Council in 2025, an internship programme designed to empower the next generation of young arts professionals through meaningful, hands on experience.

Developing Tomorrow’s  Leaders

Open to students aged 15 and above, this programme offers a guided pathway into the world of teaching, choreography, performance production, and arts management. It reflects TBSC’s core belief: that dance education should shape not only technical skill, but also character, leadership, and purpose.

By empowering students to step into leadership roles early, we give them the foundation to become teachers, choreographers, studio owners, and arts advocates who carry forward the values of discipline, creativity, and integrity.
